I need help with a build with a budget of $450. That doesn't include taxes nor shipping. It does include though peripherals, and operating system and a monitor. It just needs to be able to handle Minecraft well. There is no way to make the budget larger. Please help! Also a pcpartspicker list would be the best. If you can't supply one, a spreadsheet of the part, price, and website where you can buy it would be helpful. Thank you and good luck.

You will not be able to build a modern computer with $450 if you need a monitor and an OS as well as a cheap mouse/keyboard. I'm sorry.

Linux is a respectable solution to get 100 dollars off. As for the peripherals, they don't have to be the best, and neither does the monitor.

Here is an option. It should play modern games at lowest settings.

You expect people to do all the work for you in terms of finding the parts (which wont be possible), and put no effort in to your post whatsoever. There is a proper way to ask for system building help, follow that template and you may get some people to actually spend some time and try and help you out.
