Create Account button at start screen?

Hi! I was wondering if It would be possible to make a 'Create an Account' button on the Windows XP Start Screen? Similar to the one found on the PS3 etc. Just curious! Thanks!

Is it 'possible'? Sure.

1. Why?
2. Make some short script to display that window and put it in the Startup queue.
3. What happens when the user says "No"?

The idea is, if one of my friends wish to use my PC, they can just click this button to make a basic account. I'm not very good with this sort of stuff

OK....don't do that.

Make one account for 'Friends'. Give it limited abilities. They can all use that one account.
