I upgraded to Windows 8.1 yesterday. One issue existed even with Windows 8, is that my system is linked to my (unattractive) email address and so my Start screen proudly displays it up top. How can it be changed to just my name? I went into Account Profile settings and it is not providing me options.
My second issue is with the new IE11 that came with W8.1. One of my favorite forums, DPR (Digital Photo Review) now will not let me post to their forum.. get an unending spinning circle. I do not have this issue with any other web browsers... so have had to ditch IE until this issue is resolved. Anyone experiencing these kinds of bugs with the new browser?
