Was wondering if anyone could possibly help me with this as its driving me bonkers since it was working fine last week, and couldnt even ebgin to tell you how it may have stopped all of a sudden.

The USB adapter device it recognized in windows 7. I have the drivers for the device they are installed, everything is fine, yet the controller will just not work. The button presses dont show up on screen and I cant calibrate it. This was working 100% last week. There is power going tot he PS2 controller as the light is on on it.

Ive uninstalled through device manager uninstalled the drivers, reinstalled, etc. No dice.

I actually have the same problem and looking to fix it, if you find anything or have found please let me know

To add information my controller is "seen" in windows 8 but it just won't let me map anything

Windows see it as a : MP-8866 dual USB Joypad

This is the same one as windows 7 map but for some reason no matter what I press, nothing light up
