I recently build a computer, and was able to get in to bios on an external build, but when I put it into the case, I was unable to boot it again. I tried all of the steps mentioned in the troubleshooting thread but I am unable to find the problem. It might be that there is a part that is damaged, but I don't know which one it would be. The LED on the motherboard is lit up and when I try to boot the case lighting goes on, and the case fans and the cpu and video card fans spin up as well.

Specs:
Motherboard: ASUS P8Z77-V LK
CPU: Intel Core i7-3770K Ivy Bridge 3.5GHz
Video Card: SAPPHIRE 100355OCL Radeon HD 7850 2GB
PSU:CORSAIR HX Series HX850 850W ATX12V
Case: COOLER MASTER HAF 932

I realize that a solution might be hard to come by, but I'd appreciate any help that anyone could offer me!

The LED that is lit up is the "Standby Power LED." Apparently it indicates that the system is "ON, in sleep mode, or in soft-off mode."
