will a corsair 430 watt power suply be enough for evga nividia gtx 670 ftw edition

Maybe, but not for long. The corsair "CX" line was built by CWT, using some inferior Samxon capacitors that don't like heat and are known for early failure. So while initially it might, it would run hot, and that capacitor would quickly degrade, turning the "maybe" into a "no."

1st off .... why would ya get a 670 when the 760's are out .... have 21% more performance per dollar and as low as 2/3 the price of ya 670 FTW ?

A 500 watter works for a 760

wow thanks for that info man i never new there was a new 1 out. but i cant find it anywhere on amazon.uk. the link you sent does not work for me

No to the 500W Corsair CX; it's built with the same substandard capacitor(s). The modular versions of the CX use all-Japanese capacitors, but I'm not sure there's one that small.
The XFX that Sakkura cited would be a better choice. Those are built by Seasonic.
