I've been looking at their 15'6 inch screen, and to be quite honest, it looks like 14 inch or lower. I have a pavilion 15'6 and it seems definitely bigger.

Are they false advertising or is it just me?
depends on where you measure. i have replaced a few dozen lenovo screens and have measured the replacements diagonally at 15.56 but lenovo uses a large bezel so it cuts about a 1/4 inch all the way around making it look smaller. I like this over Toshiba metal frame design, you can replace the screen without taking the frame out. Bad news is it flexis more than the asus or toshiba
Is it a big difference? I don't know much about measuring. My Pavilion 15'6 is perfect, I'd hate to replace it with a smaller screen.
Remember you need to measure from the corner of the actual pixels - bezel differences can make them look different. May also be different aspect ratio.
