Question about CPU and GFX Card

So I have an Intel core 2 duo e8400 and When I play battlefield or bus cable car simulator I notice that my cpu gets up to around 70-75C and my GTx 550 TI card also hits 70C.

Is that to hot for both?

hm thats what I was thinking of doing but im not sure, the case its self has about 2 small air vents in the front and 1 fan in the back and the rest is metal(top, bottom, and sides).

I may be able to somehow but just an update I did run AIDA64 and bus cable care simulator both at the same time, I did up the fsb on my e8400 from 333 to 350 and now it showed at around 95-100% of cpu utilization and my temps were this, CPU: Core 1 81 degrees core 2 78 degrees, GPU: 75 degrees. Is the CPU fine or should I turn the fsb down a bit?

Well thats great I chose right! I decided on a Thermaltake commander MS-I and the artic silver,

I upped my cpu to 3194.97mhz and did a 10 minute prime test and this is what I got:

CPU Load: Distance to TJ Max:
100% 33.0 36.0
88.4% 35.5 39.0
77.3% 38.4 41.9
65.7% 42.2 44.7
56.1% 45.6 47.0
46.2% 48.1 49.6
39.2% 50.1 51.4
30.3% 52.9 53.8
20.5% 56.1 56.8
1.1% 58.3 58.3

Average idle temp: 40-41 C
