hi, i am currently upgrading my gpu, cpu, mobo and psu.. my question is, is there a noticeable difference on 1333 mhz ram over 1600 mhz ram? i have a 4gb 1333mhz ram and i am on a very very tight budget because of the components i will upgrade (cpu gpu). i am using may rig for gaming. will 8gb have a noticeable difference over 4gb?

I've heard BF3, but that's more a question for a gamer, I'm not a gamer, but many client come in telling me they want at least 8GB for whatever games, most gamers know the requirements for their favs and what they plan to play or want to play in the future

To my knowledge, there aren't many, if any, 64 bit games out there right now, so you won't be seeing any games using more than 4GB of RAM by themselves. However, you will, of course, need RAM for your OS, drivers and other programs, too, so that leaves 8GB total as the current sweet spot for gaming.

This may be a good example here....Are you running BF3 at max settings? What CPU (OC if any), mobo, GPU (OCed?) and monitor(s).....

While there are few games that 'run' in 64bit they can benefit from a 64bit system that can utilize all the components to the nth degree.

this might sound stupid but, will my new build for gaming, an i5-4430 and a GTX 660 be bottlenecked by a 4GB 1333 RAM?
