If I use backup restore and backup can I do this?

Say I backup my user, and some steam games, if I reformat my PC, and reinstall windows 7, can i just click restore files and it'll be done?

If you use the win7 build in backup, and you have the backup file and the system repair disc, you just click the restore, then it will be done.
If you use other back software then it will be similar too.

If you don't feel comfortable to do this, you can try the other way like cloning. I did the both way ( backup and cloning ) to protect the data/programs too.

If you have the WD HDD, use the " Acronis True Image WD Edition Software "

If you have the seagate HDD, use the " DiscWizard "
http://www.seagate.com/support/downloads/discwizard/

In this method you can get the exactly the same copy of the drive.
