SSD interface speed?

I have the SAMSUNG 840 Series MZ-7TD120BW 2.5 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
and the asus m51 78l-m usb3 motherboard and it only supports SATA 3Gbits/s
will this affect the speed of the SSD? Samsung said it could reach read speeds up to 530mbs i wonder if that will lower since i don't have a SATA 6Gbit/s motherboard? I have 3GBits/s instead

If you connect the SSD into the SATAII ports, yes you will get lower speed in benchmark test, but you will not notice the different in real world usage. Don't worry about it.
