Getting only 17FPS from the in-game "Scenario" Missions "Benchmark 02"
Using Fraps i get an average of 30-35 FPS only. lowering the settings helps but bad graphics.

Additional Info : Anti-Alias is set to normal cause Nvidia Control Panel is set to take more control over the anti alias and gives better performance for the same visual detail.
