I currently have an HIS 7870, im planning to sell it and go for an electricity bill friendly nvidia card. Should i go for 760 or 770? Or 670? Part of the reason of wanting to shift to nvidia is because i play a lot of sc2 in a 32" screen :D

Are you looking for a lower power card? The 3 you listed aren't using less power than the HD7870. If not, get the card that you can afford

GTX 770>GTX670>GTX760

Performance per Watt wise the HD7870 ranks pretty high and very good overall. but yes when it comes to StarCraft2 Nvidia does rule the roost. What resolution are you playing at?
Full system specs? Exact PSU model please.

Seasonic 620w, i5 3570k, extreme4, 8gb gskill, hd7870. Sometimes @ 32" and often @ 20" screen. If my sisters around, i use the 20. Do you think the 760 is better thn 7870?

the 7870, from what I have seen so far, is much more efficient than those cards. At the same time the 760 only uses abouth 10% more power for a significant boost in frames.

The GTX760 compares to the HD7950 depending on a few factors.

I heard 660ti is about the same as 7950. If that is true then 760 is definitely or even better than 7950

It depends on if you overclock or not and what resolution you game at. Here is an example at 1600p :
If you do overclock then the HD7950 can gain a lot of performance but uses more power in the process.

At 1080p the GTX760 looks even better.

Except that it is not as "electricity bill friendly" as a 660Ti and only a few fps's better.

I read alot of gpu reviews before i had my gpu. After i got it i stopped for like 5 months. And now that i was able to compare some gtx 700 gpu, i dont think switching from amd to nvidia is not that ideal..
