CPU Fan speed, voltages and temperature help

Hello. My fan is going mental right now and 2 different programs are reading different temperatures. Here is the picture:

I don't understand what is going on. Help would be appreciated. Its idling at over 40 degrees and is on 5555 RPM.

Specs:

AMD FX 8320
Asrock 990FX extreme 3
8GB DDR3 1600mhz
Stock fan
Cooler Master Elite 430 case

That is weird...Although I think there might be an issue with your software. I don't know of any fans that go up to 5k+ RPM...And it says the max temp for your CPU is 255C...Yeah something is definitely wrong with your sensors
