Help with buying an HD 7770 GHz Edition

I have decided to purchase a Radeon HD 7770 GHz edition but I don't know what brand to pick. Powercolor? (The cheapest price at $85) Or should I pick Sapphire? (It's $100, $15 bucks more than powercolor). I've heard that sapphire has better cooling but I've also heard stuff about powercolor being very reliable. I really don't know. Also I have a VGA monitor so do both cards come with a DVI to VGA dongle?

HD7770 GPU doesn't product much heat, so just stick to the cheapest one.
