Hello

I'm going to build a system and so far I have come up with these parts.

CPU - Unlocked Sandy Bridge CPU

CPU cooler - Cooler Master Hyper +/EVO

RAM - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820145356 (Is it true that if you overclock that one stick of RAM is better and does the brand matter when overclocking?)

Motherboard - ASUS z68

Case - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811112099

Does this build seem ok so far? Will this build be silent? Are there any parts that I can change to make it perform/overclock better (without increase the price of the build by too much)?

what do you mean by a matching pair of ram? I'm choosing sandy bridge because I heard that even though it has lower performance than ivy bridge and haswell, it can be overclocked more than the other two and would perform better.
