Not bad. Just make sure that you won't need to plug anything else into the spare PCI-E slot. And don't forget to pick the best answer

SLI performance between those 2 boards are the same, but Z77X-UD3H should give you more space between PCI-E slot for less temperature increase in SLI. As for gaming performance, Sniper M3 only has an advantage in better sound controller. Z77X-UD3H leads at overclocking, which should be more important for most people.

I read that the 2 PCI-E ports that u will use for sli(16x and 8x ones) is the top and bottom ones soooooooooooooooo I hope that will leave enough breathing room... But will I be able to get some sufficient OC'ing on the Sniper anyway because I went for it instead... It`s a little cheaper and looks better so I went for it...

The Sniper is a sweet mobo, think you'll be happy with it, have built that with SLI and no problems
