Why not go for the i7?

Intel Core i7-3770K S1155 3.5GHz 8MB €319.97
ASRock Z77 Extreme 4 S1155 Intel Z77 DDR3 ATX €127.48
Corsair 16GB (2 x 8GB) Vengeance Pro Black DDR3 1600MHz CL9 €138.83
Gainward GeForce GTX 760 1072MHz 2GB PCI-Express 3.0 HDMI Phantom €276.04
XFX 850W 80+ Bronze Certified Single Rail PSU €101.25
Arctic Cooling Freezer i30 Intel CPU Cooler (LGA 2011, 1155 & 1156 Socket) €35.46
Corsair Carbide Series 300R Gaming Case €72.66
Samsung 24x SH-224BB DVD-RW SATA OEM Half Height €15.69
Seagate 1TB Barracuda SATA 6Gb/s 64MB 7200RPM Hard Drive €59.15

€1,146.53

The i7 is a superior chip to the FX and hyperthreading will help when editing. The ASRock board is a good option which helps keep under budget and overclocks easily the 3770K. 16GB of DDR3 is a comfortable amount and the Vengeance Pro has lots of overclocking headroom. The GTX 760 will happily run the games you listed, and leaves the possibility of SLI in the future. 850W PSU means you're covered if you do go for SLI later on. i30 is as good as, if not better than, a 212. The rest is self explanatory.

Hope this helps.
