Should I get a gtx 670 or a 760?
Specs:
AMD Athlon x4 640 Oc'ed to 3.75 (Hyper 212+)
GTX 460 Sli'ed
8GB DDR3 Ram
750w Antec HCP
Haf 922
Also will my cpu bottleneck the card badly?

Solution
That CPU will bottleneck any modern card. This is primarily because of the weak cores and lack of L3 cache. However, you can invest in something like a 760 now, and drop some money on a better processor in the future.

I'm in the same boat as you. I decided i'd be going with the 760....I saw some bench's of it against the 460 (768mb) which is what i'm running. I'm gonna watch this thread to see what they tell you to get :p

I might go with the 760 and get a 965be or x6, can you guys suggest good sites or deals(Canadian) cause I'm still taking summer courses at Uni so moneys pretty tight.

Still open to suggestions!

A 200MHz overclock makes up for a lack of L3 cache. His CPU should be equivalent to a stock Phenom II x4 970. Which I would say should be plenty for most games and not hold the graphics card back all that much. Right now his stock clocked GTX 460's in sli should perform similarly to a GTX 660. Maybe a little better. I suggest GTX 660's in sli to get a considerable boost from current performance. It will be faster the GTX 770/680 but slower than Titan. The CPU won't be a huge problem except for the most CPU intensive games. If you must upgrade then you can do so pretty cheaply if you already have AM3+. If not then you can opt for a 1090T or faster Phenom II X4.

NCIX is a good sight for canada. The 965 is a solid processor, but would still likely bottleneck a 760 in some games. But it would certainly be leaps and bounds better than what you are running now.

I won't be playing anything to crazy, playing bf3, rift, chivalry.

Ok, just be careful with BF3, as the "Mesh Quality" setting is rather CPU intensive.

No overclock can make up for a lack of cache. I speak from experience. But the Phenom II series does have L3 cache, so it should be fine in that regard.
