I’m building my first pc with an Asus z77 saber tooth. I connected the 8 pin at the top and the 24 pin at the side to a corsair650 watt power supply. Attached to the motherboard is a galaxy GTX 670 4gig and a Seagate 500gb hard drive. I have 1 4gig ram stick attached to the mother board, it clicks in and locks into place, attached to the closest lane to the cpu (Intel i7-3770s cpu which is also on the motherboard). I believe it is A1 on the mother board. I do not have the blue ray drive connected yet. Here is my problem, I turn on the pc from the power button it starts for about 15 seconds and then shuts down. For those 15 seconds everything is on. The lights on the mobo, the fans on the gpu and the fans on the psu and there is one red light on the mobo closet to the memory reset button by the 24 pin psu connectors. I get a no signal message on my television. I tried moving the ram stick to different ports on the motherboard and I got the same results. It still turns on for a bit and shuts down. I get a no signal from my television. Any thoughts on what I could have done wrong?
