I've upgraded my motherboard after the old one fried, a well as my Graphic Card and RAM - with all of this in mind I'm trying to find an in depth guide that will cater to this hardware and take into account that I am a complete beginner, if it exists.

I don't need anything hand fed to me by you guys, I'm just hoping I can get a nudge in the right direction from an absolute beginner's perspective with zero understanding of the process (I have more of a beginner's understanding but I want to start from the ground up).

Here is a list of my hardware, as well as the liquid cooling unit I'll be using on the processor.

Note: I would also like to overclock the GPU safely taking into account that it is fan cooled and not water cooled - if guides exist for this please link them as well.

Second Note: I would also appreciate any links for free benchmark testing, monitoring of temperature, etc. etc. I plan to run at least a 48 hour straight benchmark test while monitoring temperatures and performance to make sure I'm where I need to be - this request applies for both a video card benchmark and one for the processor. (Shorter benchmark tests that are recommended to check performance increase before and after the fact are appreciated as well).

I realize this is an incredibly long post, but I'm trying to be very thorough and appreciate your time and patience in answering this question. I have started by looking over the stickied threads in this forum on overclocking - but I am hoping some one has an answer with regards to a guide that will be optimal for my own personal conditions when it comes to overclocking.

Thanks!

P.S. I don't think that the type of hard drive has anything to do with overall overclocking performance (obviously it helps in other regards) but if it makes any difference I have the following drives - an opinion on which drive I should reserve for the Operating System, which drive for games, and which drive for backups is appreciated:
Seagate Barracuda STBD2000101 2TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive
OCZ Vertex 4 VTX4-25SAT3-256G 2.5" 256GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)
OCZ Vertex 2 OCZSSD2-2VTXE180G 2.5" 180GB SATA II MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)
OCZ Agility 2 OCZSSD2-2AGTE120G 2.5" 120GB SATA II MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)
