Hey guys. I have ordered all of the parts for my new (and first) gaming pc build, except for the monitor, OS, and the gpu. I am wondering in what order should I purchase these items? I don't have enough money to get them all at once. Normally, I would need all the components to get things working, but my situation is unique.I already have a monitor (though it is a mediocre one), my cpu has integrated graphics, and I already have a copy of Windows xp home premium, though I definitely need windows 7. So what do you guys think my priorities should be? Thanks for your time.

OS first, then a gpu. Lots of people have posted here have had problems getting certain programs or new graphics card drivers working in Windows XP. Just find Windows 7 on sale, it is bound to happen over July 4th.
Well, since you already have a temporary replacement for each, you just have to pick which makes the biggest impact on what you can use the system for. For example, gaming would work alright on the old monitor and in most cases Win XP, but the integrated GPU might be a problem.

I did some research and saw that there are no drivers for my components if I go with xp, so I think I'll go OS, GPU, and then monitor.

Newegg is having a deal for OEM windows 7 home premium. It's 100 dollars not including my 15% off coupon. Think this is a good deal?

Yes that is a great deal as long as it is the 64 bit version. $85 for Win 7 home 64-bit isn't bad.
