As the title says. But I'll be more descriptive.
I want a whole new rig for next gen gaming and to be able to run all of the games I own to play at 65 FPS and above. Nothing below.

I also kind of want the computer to be silent as best as it can.
ArmA 3 Beta is a favorite of mine, but my current rig is bad for it.
I also want the new rig to last a few years if it can.
