i5 3570k vs i5 4670k

Hi guys i need help choosing between 3570 and 4670 assuming they are the same price and money is not the issue and what motherboard is the best for them and im not going to overclock. thanks guys

There is very little performance with the new generation 4xxx series. the most significant difference is the socket as the release of 4xxx marks the dawn of a new socket. The 4670k will therefore a "bit more legs" so to speak from a longevity standpoint.

These buggers have been recommended so many times this weekend, newegg has sold out

The $90 and $110 discounts on the combo packages w/ 4670k and 477k helped :)

z77 with a 3570k is perfect for gaming but an h87 with a 4670k or non is not worth it because it only focuses on giving constant performance but not for gaming and to stay cooler
