Ive never had a problem with my wireless/Lan until a few days back. Now it is constant. My LAN will not work at all (its a plug in the electric socket - never had a problem), and my wireless drops out all the time.

I did a bit of searching and it seems a few things were suggested -

1. system restore - ive got no usable points. (side note - why is this! they are from 2 days ago, why not 2 weeks!?)
2. uninstall bonjour (apple product) as it causes errors/ - done this as i dont use it anyway.
3. reinstall drivers - doesnt seem like theres any new ones, have avoided doing this.

Below is my Ip config (ive seen people ask for it), any help is much appreciated. (we have 3 other pcs in the house, 1 wired 2 wireless having no issues).
