CPU-Z Reading i5 as 3570, yet overclocked.

I can't remember for the life of me if I purchased the i5 3570 or 3570K when building my comp last year.

I have it overclocked to 4.1GHz, and yet CPU-Z identifies it as a 3570.

From what I've read the 3570 shouldn't be unlocked to overclock, is this an error in CPU-Z or what?

That seems about right as it does support Turbo Boost up to 3.8GHz. I originally tried to go a bit higher but it wasn't stable, and I've been running for about a year @ 4.1GHz.
