Hello folks,

I've got these 2 kits of memories of different frequency, they are:

Patriot Memory Sector 5 - 4GB (2x2Gb) DDR3 - 18000 - 2250MHz
9-9-9-27 1.65v~1.7v

Corsair Dominator GT - 6Gb (3x2Gb) DDR3 - 2000Mhz
8-9-8-24 1.65v

My question is: Can i put them togueather on dual channel?

Should i put them like both patriots at one channel and other 2 corsairs on other, not using 1 of the corsairs memories?

Or can i just put them all togueather?

What should i do folks?

Thanks a lot!

Yes, you can put the 2 patriots into 1 channel, and the 2 of the corsair into another channel. All you can do then is see if they will boot. If they will, they will likely be running at 1333mhz. You will have to manually tweak them higher. You will just have to experiment to see what speeds and timings will work the best. I would try to get them running at 1600, at 8-9-8-24. If they will work at that, I would be quite happy.
