CPUID not reading my core i5

I saw some screenshots about this program and I noticed there should be a part in wich it states the information about your processor (normally the name of the processor), but in my pc it doesn't show it.

what comes up when u open cpuid exactly? For now try to reset ur bios to default, and then if not then power down take the battery off the motherboard for a min then put back in and go from there and a little more info would help, maybe a screen shot
