Okay:
1. Your CPU isn't very good. Is it one of the Pentium G series processors? Ivy Bridge? or Sandy Bridge? I would suggest upgrading to an i3 3220 if you're using the LGA1155 socket. Otherwise if it's on the LGA 755 socket, get a Core 2 Quad, which is pretty much the only high end processor on that socket.

2. You need a LOT more ram. Crysis 3 is not going to run with only 2GB along with windows using like 1GB alone. Also, an x64 OS can utilize much more ram than you're giving it. x86 (32-Bit) OS' can use only 3GB MAX, but 64 bit (x64) can use a lot more. Also check if the speed on your ram is like 1600+. That will give you a bit of performance increase.

3. To answer your original question, I would suggest a Radeon 7770 GHz Edition, but I would need to know the rest of your system requirements. Can you tell me the make and model of your PSU, and the wattage (how many watts it can put out). Also, you need to know that there are certain slots you can use and that you can't. PCI-E x16 is what you want for any graphics card, anything less won't work/won't fit (x8 excluded, it will just be slower).

TL;DR
Your system sucks.
Not trying to be really rude here but you need much more than a new Graphics card to play Crysis 3, even on low settings.

Can you tell us:
1. Your CPU socket-type
2. Your RAM Speed (MHz)
3. Your current GPU (Graphics Card)
4. What architecture the Processor is (Sandy Bridge or Ivy Bridge). The Model number is really all we need.
5. Your PSU make/model/wattage rating

Whats your budget? What is the model name of your CPU?
You will need to upgrade your RAM.
What kind of PSU?

Okay, that's a good start. Right now, you should update your BIOS (not sure how, but it's a good step because ivy bridge requires a bios update if you're on an H61 Chipset motherboard.). Here are my suggestions:
1. CPU: Buy an Ivy Bridge i3 3220 ($110). It will work with any graphics card that's $100 - $250, without bottlenecking it.
2. GPU: You wanted a good GPU, so i suggest a Radeon 7770 GHz Edition ($110) It will run most games at 1080p at medium to high settings.
3. You didn't tell us your RAM speed ._.
4. Get a Corsair CX430, which will power a 7770 easily and still leave a bit of breathing room. Your i3 uses only like 65w anyway.
5. Use CPU-Z to tell me more about your CPU and your RAM. Also, can you tell me the model of your PSU? Is your computer a branded computer like HP, Dell, etc...? If so your PSU is stock and might not be the greatest.

Right now I think your best option is buy the 7770 now and upgrade the CPU later.

In any case that budget is rough to work with for crysis 3.

Your CPU is decent for now, but may bottleneck the 7770 if you overclock it.
Just buy the 7770, it's worth the $110.

TBH none of them are really that good ._.
I still stick with the 7770 and i think smeeze also does.

How about a 7750 - or even a 6670? Can you afford that?

7750 is a POS value-wise and a bit performance-wise. It's like a 30% drop in performance for like $10 less. Don't get it.

6670 is a good idea, but if you get it pay $80 and buy the DDR5 version, which is much faster.

Remember the costs don't scale the same in different countries.
