is there any difference between these two ASUS 7770 video cards?

I want to buy the 7770 ASUS card that is going for $80, but the one I am looking at seems to be a previous version ( https://www.asus.com/Graphics_Cards/HD7770DC1GD5/#overview ) and I found another one ( https://www.asus.com/Graphics_Cards/HD7770DC1GD5V2/#overview ) which has a V2 into the name so that's throwing me off. Is there any difference between these besides the I/O ports? is there something wrong with the first one hence making a "V2" of it?
