Laptop not working

My mini laptop acer aspire one is won't start.. just power led glows and charger led glows...... i just remove hdd.. cpu fan is also not spining... means fully not working just power lrd glows continuously when i put battery
plz help me

Take the battery out and try to start it with just the ac wall outlet plugged into the laptop without the battery. I've had kinda the same issue with similar notebooks, turned out to be a bad battery. You can usually find them on eBay cheap.
