Nvidia driver and FPS issue!

I have a Nvidia geforce 650
i get fps drop in all my games when i am running the driver GeForce 320.18 but when i'm i just install the GeForce 314.22 Driver (a earlier driver) i get the max fps again.
BUT when i restart my pc i get the same issue again i'm still running 314.22 but i have to reinstall it if i want max fps please help me!!

I got:
GeForce GTX 560
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2600k CPU @ 3.40GHz
and Windows 7 professional.

320 drivers have issues.
the previous ones are ok. check your temps. or try a lower version driver.

320 has issues with bf3, so im avoiding those for now

yes but when i go back to 314.22 it's fine but when i restart my pc i get a huge fps drop again...

check your temps, or if the heatsink is dirty. if you have a spare gpu, try that also

if you have a spare, try a different psu (but do this later as it involves some work)

i don't have any spare gpu.
but my temp is 50-56 i game and my heat sing is all clean.
