It's worth the extra money to get the pro, even the non pro is still a very good drive. And by the way the fact that you said "expensier" is incredible =P

I understand, and I wasn't making fun of you I promise. But as I said before, whether you go with the 840 pro or the regular 840 they are both super reliable and good drives. really the only difference between the two of them is the write speeds and the type of flash memory used in each.
