Help in solving some Questions about "Newegg.com"

I'm from srilanka.
Newegg.com has many cheap deals on buliding my new budget gaming pc!

I dont have any experience and dont know anything about 'BUYING ONLINE'.
So i need help in solvin some questions! :-

1)does newegg ship items to 'Sri Lanka'??

2)is it 100% Trustworthy??

3)how can i contact the newegg service if i hav any problems with their bought items??

4)how does warranty work?
If an item is not working, can u just ship it back?? Give me some example.....
Like wat wud u do if a 2yr wrnty GPU stops working within an year??

5)is the payment method safe enough to risk!!
I seriously dont know how online payments work.

6)building a gaming pc is damn expensive in srilanka where i can save upto atleast $200 if buyin from newegg! plz help

1) No, they only ship to the United States and Puerto Rico.

2) Yes, it's a highly reputable site and very popular.

3) By emailing, calling or writing to them. (< These are links.)

4) The return policy is explained in detail here.

5) There are a number of ways to pay, as explained here. I'd expect PayPal is the most common, it's safe and secure.

For your guys information, i'll post the amount i paid to buy certain stuff in SL (last month)
We have to pay alnmost twice. And we aren't a rich country either :( To build a gaming PC, you need to sacrifice complete salary of two months (and i have a good salary by sri lankan standards).... yeah. That's right.

fx-6300 --> $140
970A-G43 --> $90
HD6670 --> $80
fsp hexa+ 550 ---> $57
CM evo 212 hyper --> $39
8GB DDR3 memory 1333 ---> $92
CM jetflo 120 --> $14

Well after typing it on US dollars, they don't look that bad LOLz
