Yeah , Madn3ss795's choice is great for the money. It should work with your build and wont bottleneck too. Just make sure your mobo will work with the GPU and fit in your case.

Yeah Madn3ss795's choice is good but save some money for a 650 ti boost cause u get 2 gb of vram plus get 192 bit buswidth instead of the 128 bit.you get nvidia's gpu boost technology which dynamically higher the clock speed for more performance out of your gk 106.

Zotac's 650ti has less component ( one less choke, I'm sure about that ). The 650ti boost is clearly better, but it's out of your price range. And your board will fit a 650ti just fine.

For your information galaxy is a very reputed manufacturer of nvidia based graphics cards.Their gc versions are clocked quite the same as the zotac amp models.
