I would say so yes. If you get a good branded power supply like corsair. Antec.

I have a Corsair CX750 and can run two of these without issues.

Ggreat PSU. It belongs to the highly rated NAXN 82 series here: http://www.eggxpert.com/forums/thread/323050.aspx You can house 2 GTX660 normally with this PSU.
