Hi Everybody,
I am having problems with a HP LaserJet P2015n, it seems that everytime you print to it, it goes offline. It then proceeds to stay offline until it is restarted. On the printer itself, the network lights at the RJ45 still show traffic going to the device. No other lights so problems like the tray or paper jam, just the power one.
I am looking to do a reflow on the formatter board as this is reported to solve many problems with these printers but before I do that, I would like a second opinion on what the error might be.
Any suggestions will be grateful.
Things I have tried already:
Changing the network cable
Updating the firmware
Cold Reset
VRAM Reinitialization
All of the above have came back unsuccessful.
