Morning from the states !!

1. Good build, you'll enjoy it
2. video: $ equals performance. I recently upgraded my gpu and went for ASUS HD 7850 2 GB's for $154. I'm 'thrifty' and that's the best i could do performance / cost wise. Would have preferred the 7870 but ... $$$
Here's a link to relative performance and cost for GPU's:

3. I would not get an SSD smaller than 120 GB's. Personally, i have 180 GB just so i don't have to worry about it filling up. I do my storage on the 1TB as you have. 64 GB will work fine however, 120 GB is much better in my opinion
4. For the build itself: Youtube "newegg computer build parts 2 & 3"
5. Display? 23"
6. Windows? I like 7, but 8 is the new standard.

Good Luck !

You can actually get a very nice system for even 1440p/1600p gaming with less than 1200 GPB:

Even with a monitor and other peripherals included, it wouldn't break the 1500 mark
