Hello community members, i am looking forward to build my first pc. I tried to pick some parts. my budget is under 1000$

newegg etc is for america, you need to find a different supply and prices may be different. Considerably so.

All things considered I would suggest a 300r instead of the 200r, it has better airflow which is needed for the 7970 (its a hot card) and its better at keeping quiet too.

The pc is for gaming for about 4 years, even if then games will be played with lowest settings. I am from Lithuania and what is microcenter? also sorry, i am totaly new. Maybe some parts are needed to be changed? :?

The radeon cards are all hotter than their nvidia counterparts, the counterpart for the 7970 is a 770 2gb, but with amd's free game bundle (don't know if its global? worth checking) the 7970 is better value.
The 770 4gb is more expensive and i 'believe' slightly outperforms it at larger resolution.

However for the value you wont beat the 7970, just about any other maker however, HIS, XFX, Gigabyte etc all make better coolers than powercolor

any are good, there tends to be very little difference for the price differences, get whichever you like. Apart from powercooler :p
