No power button LED, fried MOBO when dusting?

So I was moving parts from my old case (2nd "build"). Everything worked in the morning, however I decided to dust out my CPU cooler and moved the MOBO with the cooler still attached, I then made a silly mistake of leaving it plugged into the board while dusting it.

My Mother board power light goes green when i give it power but I cannot seem to get the power button case LED to light or get the build to boot.

Did I fry my board when dusting it? I'm fairly certain I hooked up all the front panel buttons correctly (I hoped this was the case but tried several times) and all the parts were working a few hour prior.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Grab a screwdriver and try to touch both the Power pins on the MOBO at the same time, so you can jump it. If that works it could be something to do with your actual power button, if not then, I'm not sure what it could be.

Tired the screw driver and also dug out my power button from my other case, neither worked.

Removing the CMOS battery did not seem to help :( Again I'm not even getting a standby light on the powerswitch
