I have an AOC I2269vw 21.5' monitor. I want to use the dvi input, but it says something like dvi with hdcp. What is this? Also, can anyone recommend a cheap cable that will work with that?

any dvi cable will work just fine. HDCP is a DRM (digital rights management) thingie and it just means you can watch blurays and stuff using that connection.
