532 is 1064 effective, which is prob your mobo's default boot freq, set the sticks manually to 1333, the base timings and voltage, also raise the FSB to 1333 for the DRAM to run, this will OC your CPU to 3.0 so if to high, can lower the CPU multiplier

Any1 that could guide me a bit on how to do it . Do i need a program or something else. ?

This is DDR so it is really runing at 1066 not so far off but you are not running at its raited speed. To fix this you will have to change the mem ratio as you see it is at 1 to 2 right now. Fiddle with this number till it hit 1333 or close. Also in some cases you can just change the mem speed itself and the motherboard will fix the ratio for you. Just poke around in the bios a little not to hard to figure out most of the time.
