Thanks. Does anybody know if this will get good fps on games, and no lag with multi tasking. such as playing a game + skype + 5 google chrome tabs open( at least one youtube) - so intensive

Looks good man!

Aria offer some open-box products which are quite good, I'm sure you could find a better graphics card for not much more money which could benefit you if you looked around on their site a little bit :)!
