HD 7950 Question

So i recently acquired this card (sapphire vapor-x) and i know its stock is 850 mhz and its "easy" boost is 950 (and yes you can OC it as well).

My question is i read it has two bios setting one is 850 mhz and the other is 950 and you are suppose to be able to "boost it" to 950 by changing the bios settings.Where exactly is this? Is it in the bios settings page when my PC boots? Or is it somewhere else?

I didn't think to look on the GPU it-self. You would think it would come with instructions or some such. Perhaps there is a manual online! I didn't even think about that.
