Try getting a Kingston RAM instead of Corasir. Corasair is also good but Kingston ought to be making faster ram's.
Kingston Hyper-x series
Blu - Best for a tight budget
Black - The best
Red - Above most ram's
Your mobo is good but not enough get Extreme4 or Asus M5A97 R2.0
And what about a aftermarket cpu cooler

Extreme 4 mobo, up the PSU to 500 or so for current and future needs, DRAM is prob CL9 (model not shown) look to GSkill or other with a CL or 7 or 8 if at 1600
