Yes, it is feasible to buy a new PSU and and a graphics card. If you are adding ram you'll need to see if you have 1 stick or 2 that is getting you up to 2GB, my guess would be one 2GB stick, in that case it would be best to buy a second 2GB stick or replace it and get a 2x4GB kit. You could add a 4GB stick to it, but that isn't ideal.

Any standard ATX power supply should fit, you'll want one that is called SLI ready or at least PCI-E ready, this will come with the power cables needed for a PCI-E graphics card. You would be looking at 430W and up as a minimum.

6670 isn't that powerful of a GPU, but adequate for light gaming. If affordable to you look into a 6850, 7750 (would not require power cables) or 7770.

So is that good? is that a good GPU?

Also, I feel like I'm asking too much, but could you find me a power supply? I really don't know a thing when I look at these things, so many numbers and stuff: Cool Power Performance CP-P600 600W 20+4-pin ATX Power Supply w/SATA, PCIe & Dual 12V Rails (Black), obvisouly i could get a bit of info from that but the rest I don't, and I don't want to mess up.

The video card will do well for gaming at medium settings.

Not heard of that power supply brand, and based on the price it can't have quality components in it. They are also misrepresenting it a little. Modern computers basically run on 12volts, and that supply only provides about 400W to the 12v system rather the 600W they advertise. Only it's total output equals about 600W (No need to output 3.3 volts to such a level, speaks of an older design) Most reputable companies would label this as a 430W supply.
