I Have a toshiba satellite and one repair dick (windows 7 repair disk) Can't get windows 7 to start even in safe mode it's says loading at the top of the screen and than starts listing file names than its stops and a blue screen comes up and says windows shutting down and when I try in normal start windows 7 just keeps the black screen with saying starting windows and than stays on that screen..Please help

Could be courrpted Windows files as since you cannot boot into safe mode i'm assuming it's larger then a driver issue. Have you tried a reinstall? (you can possibly back up files by booting into a linux live CD and seeing if you can move over important data to another medium).
