Id like to upgrade my video card, what is the best for me ?? Is my system currently "bottlenecked", and also is this a good average gaming desktop ??

unfortunately that wont get you far at all in gaming. even if you got a good graphics card the cpu would struggle. the most i would suggest is a 7750 or in that ballpark. if you spend much more its just not gonna provide much return

edit: i now see that its a slim and the best that i know of that you can even get in low profile is a 7750

just happened to stumble upon that after a quick search. looks like there wont be any quad core support on that motherboard. keep in mind, this was a year ago and it was difficult to suggest these upgrades just because they still wouldnt be all that major. if you want to spend your money on it go ahead, but it might be time to start saving and ride the old one out until you can afford a new build.

Socket LGA 755 supports the Intel Core 2 Duo/Quad processors. That is pretty much your only path of upgrading. Other than that your computer isn't future proof enough and so cannot be upgraded. If dell cases support custom motherboards you could buy an lga 1155 board for like $50 though, and a pentium G860 or a G2120 for around $70. The cheapest Core i3 Ivy Bridge is a 3220 at $110, and the integrated gpu is probably better than the 4300/4500 GPU you have.

unfortunately this motherboard doesnt support the quads from what i've read, so its even more limited.

Well a cheap pentium is easy enough to get (sandy bridge) and a good mATX mobo for sandy bridge/ivy bridge is only like $50 - $60 (if buying ivy bridge get a motherboard with B75 chipset, H61 requires a bios update and you cannot update without a processor that works in the board straight out of the box).

For your comp i would say a 7750 isn't a good deal, a 6670 GDDR5 would be slightly better at a cheaper price. The 7750 is better performance wise but price-wise you would be better going with the 7770 for $10 more.
