Will my PC be able to run Next Gen Games?

I'm just wondering will my PC be able to run next gen games on high graphics with a good fps?

My specs:CPU: Intel Core i5 3570

CPU Cooler: Xigmatek Loki SDS963

Operating System: Microsoft® Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit

Motherboard: Asus P8Z77-V LX2

Memory: 8GB DDR3 1333mhz (1x8GB)

Hard Drive: 1TB S-ATAIII 6.0Gb/s

Optical Drive: 22x DVD±RW DL S-ATA

Graphics card: AMD Radeon HD 7870 2GB

Sound card: Onboard 7.1 Audio

Case: Zalman Z11 Plus

PSU: 550W Corsair VS

short answer would be Yes. it's anyone's guess how well you'll be able to run them though. as Verzy mentioned, you have a very good CPU and a strong GPU and you're probably maxing out most games right now. how much extra performance the next-gen games will demand to max out settings is anybody's guess (one reason I'm skipping haswell and waiting for 2014 to upgrade)

Yes, your CPU will be good for up coming games, if its an i5-3570k then it will last longer since you can OC it. Your video card is good but later on, you might want to switch it out for something like a GTX 770 or 780.
