Yeah, I do agree I'm using a G110 keyboard and loving it even though it isn't...

One thing; if you can, wait until the 760Ti is released, as it will be around the same price point as the 7950 and may perform better. If you don't want to wait, however, the 7950 is still a great choice.
If I were you, I would try to stick to mechanical keyboards. Corsair, Razer (although they're overpriced), and Cooler Master make good mechanical keyboards. As for mice, I'm quite fond of Logitech mice, but some people like the highly-customizable R.A.T. mice.

For your CPU I would recommend you switch out your i5-4430 for possibly an i5-3570k or just an i5-3570, or spend about an extra $10 for the i5-4570. Also like what dannyboy2233 said, wait for the GTX 760ti is released if you want.

For keyboard I recommend a mechanical of some sort because it is way better for gaming than regular keyboards, the Razer Blackwidow or the Corsair Vengeance K70 is what a lot of pro gamers use.

For mouse I would say the Razer Deathadder, again a lot of pro gamers use this mouse.

To me, Logitech mice are better priced, and perform better as well. However, it is up to OP. After all, the difference is only $30 or so.

Yeah, I do agree I'm using a G110 keyboard and loving it even though it isn't a mechanical. I need to buy a new mouse, so I might just go with a Logitech mouse.

I have a G9X, and I love it. Great mouse :)

This is the baseline or yardstick spec that I recommend running comparisons to for under $1,000 builds.

You can get the following components, which may be a better deal if you already have a Case and Power Supply Unit lying around, or have a greater than $1,000 budget:

GPU: GeForce GTX760 with at least 2GB --- $320
CPU: Intel Core i5 4670K (3.4GHz), --- $250
MOBO: Gigabyte GA-Z87X-UD3H (Z87 Chipset), --- $227
RAM: Kingston HyperX 8GB Kit (2x4GB) 1333MHz/1600MHz DDR3, --- $70
SSD: Samsung 830 or 840 Series 120GB SSD, --- $128

If you have a better budget (including the case and PSU) then get a better GPU than the GTX760, never get anything less than the GTX760 if you plan to play modern 3D Games beyond 2H 2013!

First of all, your typing style is very... distracting. If I were you, I would refrain from typing like that.
Second of all, a GTX 760 is NOT the maximum to get; if budget allows, it is a great card. However, there are things worse than it that are still great; e.g. the Radeon 7870 GHz or 7870 XT.
